There’s no evidence for extraterrestrial life anywhere in the observable universe, and given the nature of light and its limitations, in the basically impossible scenario that they actually exist, chances are they’ll never find evidence of our existence either. So the scenario that alien travelers would/could travel all the way to earth is basically impossible, and even more impossible is the scenario that such an advanced species would attempt to go unnoticed only to have some of their expedition crash-land and die on the planet they are, for whatever reason, trying to avoid being detected on. That’s not even touching the fact that these "aliens" have near-identical sensory organs (eyes, ears, mouth, nose, skin) and body structure (head, arms, hands, torso, spine, hips, legs) as humans.
