We are not in the same climate as 2013 to 16. Trump could not get elected in 2020 and the January 6th fiasco has damaged his chances for 2024.

That may be all true but the danger of all out chaos for not allowing politics to play out at the ballot box is the true stakes. It could cause damage to the political process that could be generational in nature. If there was a criminal conviction for Trump then it maybe something that could be used for ineligibility even if Trump supporters cry foul.

The US has been through several periods of civil war and is still standing. Even if this period ends in US conflict it will sell be the country with best of everything.

@trzykawki It matters if proper legal procedure was not followed. If the court is outside it natural boundaries will be one of the deciding factors. I think he if it is technically a correct ruling it could cause chaos.

Trump is not going to win 2024. It is madness to strike him of the ballot at this point as it could cause lots of problems.

@reyalsregnava Who is you? I am only pointing out that a ballot strike could create chaos and damage politics for generations. The stupid decisions made by trump around January 6th is not a reason to create chaos. The smart move would be to let Trump lose the 2024 elections and to then sweep the whole thing under the carpet.

He did do crazy things politically at the time. He is considered innocent until proven guilty. They could have got trump reprimanded politically without this type of chaos.
