  1. The US does not have a shortage of water it has limited infrastructure that is not fit for the current population and was built for a population of half that. Both Mexico and the US need to develop their infrastructure.

  2.  @andrewbaskett8581  Texas has a shortage due to not having the infrastructure to supply water. Florida will need to look at its population water requirements to get water supply. Florida has no excuses at all.
