  14.  @seancidy6008  I think Russia could gain a lot if not waged war, not only way to NATO, but also sane international relations and development of the country for the people. The opposite of war is not 'doing nothing', but working to meet your actual needs, health care and pensions system, housing, roads etc infrastructure.
