  9. What would you negotiate and how? btw, you could argue that the Wright brothers flight took place more than 100 years ago or Leonardo designed his flying machine as long ago as in the Middle Ages, but does it make sense now ?

  10. ​ @zetristan4525 I see what you mean, and I also wish the allies governments had acted in much faster and smoother way, stil it's not automatic eg if you train N good fighter-pilots , they don't fly and fight at this time.
