  10. Conscripted soldiers need training that takes time, then experience- you cannot send most old guard to attack while leaving fresh in defense, you need to at least mix 'new' and experienced soldiers.

  21.  @zsoltharkanyi7031  This is what I mean - artillery, drones, minefields. I'm not sure Russia is able to push in various sections , yet along of all the front, they would need many more soldiers. As it comes to materiel , yes at the moment Ukraine is at their low, but there are signs it will change. Also, they could hold on their own in 2022 before any aid started to drop.
