  2. Why wouldn't reducing the capacity of the country in war 12, 13, 14% (or more) have any effect ? Add the indirect results in chain effect

  3. Have in mind that if a vital part of the system is damaged, however small, the system will not work. AFAIK, cracking towers are targeted. Russia probably haven't technology to repair (rebuild?)

  7. 'might be hard without Western tech' is an understatement a bit 😄 Shortly - impossible. Edit - impossible now and in foreseeable future, until other country like China gets to this tech level (and will be willing to use it within Russia). I think may be decade , may be more, a generation ...
