  2. 1:22 Why has the training to be so "specialized", 3 man could not tackle one unarmed one, allegedly the taser did not work (empty batteries ?), then he walked around the car and the cops followed him (but were not in a rush). And shot him at point blank from behind. He was an easy target btw. - I am not trained at all in police work, but common sense would dictate if 3 men with arms cannot control one person with no arm, it needs BASIC TRAINING.
