  1. Germany here - the crimes of Saudi Arabia are well known - even if our spineless leaders cozy up with the oil princes and our media - incl. Euronews it seems - is very, very friendly with them. Syria and Libya are "regimes". Saudi Arabia ? Not so much. Well they brutally suppress all opposition. Restrict women's rights. Occasionally they have sham trials or trials over witchcraft and heresy. - But apart from that, the genocide now against Yemen, the nepotism, corruption, that they severely exploit workers from poor countries (not the Westeners though - they could not run the country w/o the educated workforce from abroad) - apart from that KSA is splendid. Iran on the other hand: if the Iranian people could get rid of the strict regime of the mullahs - they would be on a good way towards democracy - they DO have elections and also grassroots on the city level. It is just that in the big league the old farts decide WHO gets on the ballot. Change that and the more modern minded candidates will be popping up. They are an old culture. It shows. In case you are a shill for the State of Israel: your crimes become more talked about, too. You can wish Iran gone all you want - ain't gonna happen. An Israel under a reasonable leadership would strive for peace and do a lot of trade with Iran - oh well .....

  2. Btw: Iran does not want to EXPORT their revolution in the way the Saudis export terrorism and Islamic fundamentalism (Wahhabism). The Saudis pay the mercenaries in foreign countries - Iran now tries to become a regional power (had Bush2 not attacked Iraq the Shias would not have come to power in Iraq - the U.S. are just too stupid, Bush1 knew at least that he had to leave Saddam Hussein in power).

  4. Saudia Arabia is a terrible dictatorship and EXPORTS terrorism. and is part of the ugly criminal coalition that promotes regime change in Syria. Syria is no democracy but was much, much better. Even Iran beats Saudi Arabia - they unlike the Saudis have an old and rich culture. - they have the chance to raise as democracy - that is if we are all lucky and the merchants of death leave them alone and do not repeat the massive mistake of 1953 to topple a democratically elected secular government. The fundameantalistic Gulf dictatorships (oil monarchies) are the noveaux rich. Lebanon is full of garbage ? The Saudis have oil in masses - what else do they have ? - Given the disadvantage they have - I would take Lebanon over Saudi Arabia any time. Lebanon also takes in refugees. So how many refugees did S.A. take in????

  6. 1:00 did the guy realize that Republicans swore to derail the Obama presidency from day one, plus the racist attacks ? (Obama was a neoliberal sellout - but if he had tried to be a FDR 2.0 he would have needed to fight and sideline Republicans all the way. Not saying it wasn't possible, he did not even try. FDR twisted arms - and mainly of Democrats.)
