The 4 year education costs them 21,000 per year, I hope it at least includes board. or 3 years and 1 year they have a placement - do they get paid for that ? - I think they mostly are only fluent in English, so that limits the market of really rich people somewhat. The "up to" 170k might be possible if they are hired by the royals (or more likely some rich families for the oil theocrazies). so after that they are shackled to 63 to 84 k in debt (depends on the conditions in year 4), even if they hardly spend any money and get full board and are immediately employed it will take them several years to pay down debt. And they cannot have a family or their own children if they are a live-in nanny. So If they want to have their own family they have to give up the really well paying positions. That limits the time they can cash in on the training.
