  1.  @jasonbelt8954  "that" kind of high paying jobs would have gone to outsiders (headquarter). The gentrificiation would be for the regular people. And rising rent. If they INVEST the SAME money into other jobs (like public hosing) they can easily create something that serves the CITIZENS better). Bezoes wanted to go to New York (or nearby anyway) - well .... not with a golden handshake.
