  2. The ambulance and the doctor would be free at the point of delivery if Sanders has his way with M4A. I heard a story (I think by Wendell Potter) that a woman fell into a gap at the subway and she had cuts to the bones. Despite bleeding and the pain she begged people to NOT call an ambulance for her - because she could only think of the costs. the country has 330 million people, how likely is it that Sanders is nearby to be the first responder ? As organizer-in-chief Secret Service would not allow him to get out of the car (and rightly so) - but someone of the entourage might help (or call for help by phone).
