  1. Dr Grande IS diagnosing, no matter what he says about not doing so. His puns on the word “sunny” are mockery. His Ph.D is in Counsellor Education and Supervision, not in counselling per se. If you are an educator and supervisor, you educate and supervise. But that is all you do. Having a Ph.D in education means one is an excellent academic, but that is as far as it goes. It does not magically turn one into a diagnostician.
