Can't help wondering: This lady was on meds to control her MS, plus she had cannabis in her system, plus she had at least twice been in trouble for generally woolly thinking (i.e., NOT thinking). The work she had to do could be dangerous for anyone not quite well; should she, having been woolly in the past, have been kept on in her job? Multiple sclerosis in its early stages is a devil of an illness, totally unpredictable. Courtney said that sometimes her limbs just went all over place, or words to that effect. I have seen much worse in the prodromal stages of MS. If I were a personnel officer at an airport, not in a million years would I employ someone with MS in an outside job. The behaviour at that airport seems ignorant, to say the least.
