  4. Well. Am amazed. Expected NEVER to hear an acknowledgment or apology from Austria. Perhaps there has been one before now, but this is the first I’ve heard. And we hope they can be trusted to keep their word. This is the first skerrick of respect I’ve felt for Austrians in 70 years.

  6. My experience was different. My Jewish dad was captured and murdered by the Wehrmacht, in the Western Desert, Egypt. He was fighting for the British (in the Tank Corps) who literally forced Jewish soldiers to wear the Star of David on their dog tags, even though the Brits knew - from USA intelligence - that “Berlin in Arabic” radio was broadcasting 24/7 to the Middle East to “Kill the Jews.” Broadcasting, because most Arabs at that stage were illiterate. Dropping pamphlets would’ve been useless. So, my experience is that, in addition to rounding up Jews to be shot or deported and eventually gassed, the Wehrmacht were murdering Jews whenever they had the chance. And in Ukraine they did even more than that, with local collaborators. Of course, the Arabs - obeying the mandate from Germany - were killing Jews too, and had been doing so for very many years prior to WWII.

  8. Thank you. Certainly, anti-Semitism has always led to bonding of a certain kind. The kind that forms ‘friendships’ based on gossip, ignorance and libel. Also a notion that the gossips are somehow superior beings.

  11. It's beginning to happen all over again. All it takes is for a government to make laws that strip citizenship from our people, then strip our bank accounts and take all our jobs and property, and then throw us out of our country, whether the US, England, Canada, Australia. Many counties have done this to our people over the centuries. England is a good example, and also every country in Europe, including Russia. They have either killed or expelled us. This time we need to make even more noise than our many adversaries are making. Am Yisrael Chai. 🇮🇱🇮🇱

  13. @danwelterweight4137 : Good summary. Thanks. You may know that many Ukrainians were accepted into the SS (I don’t have accurate numbers right now) and participated happily in the atrocities. Post-war the Brits accepted thousands of these Ukrainian ex-SS, body and soul, into the UK. War crimes/atrocities/genocide ignored. England was apparently worried that these Ukrainians would help make up the Russian army. Which was nonsense; the Russians would’ve killed them for their Nazi collaboration. Anyway, these Ukrainian murderers became British citizens, and their offspring live in the UK to this day. USA and UK have a lot to answer for.
