What nonsense. Biden is mentally impaired; no doubt about it. It's in his posture, in the way he walks, and in his confusion about whichever country he is supposed to be discussing. He calls Gaza "Ukraine", and Ukraine becomes "Gaza." And the way he discusses Bibi Netanyahu publicly is disgraceful; if he were not demented, he would not do it.
