@sullyx5142 so you had no rational response? Imagine my surprise.

@OlafKlaus-kx3kn you lost to islam, most of your original culture eradicated, and still suffer from it, like all muslim countries.

@mansourhaydary7856 the US was there 20 years and exited bored but unscathed. Hardly a "graveyard for empires".
1
@mansourhaydary7856 it was very common with old empires that it was run in a vassal manner, and of course remote areas are harder to govern. The empires covering Afghanistan have been many, and its rarely the afghans dissolving the empires. The Mongols laid waste to a lot and I'm not sure you ever recovered. Incidentally that's true for islam as a whole as well. Anyway, I hope things improve with time.

@bintz100 it's like chickens identifying as KFC employees before anything else.

@sullyx5142 from 2015-2021, the western coalition lost approximately 20 soldiers per year in Afghanistan. If you think that's a military defeat, I don't know what to tell you.

"it was the Muslims who won. Why? It’s because they win the hearts and souls of the tribes." Islam is usually attractive to the elites compared to status quo. Subjects become more disciplined, society becomes more cohesive, wars easier to conduct, and their grip over females and ability to have s-x slaves increases. It was very cleverly and consciously designed for that, and that's a big part of the reason it could spread quickly.

@kaimshaw4141 very true, except, of course, that there is no god.

@GhettoDetective kicked out? What in "half of Afghan population today are ethnic Persians" do you not understand?
1
@kaimshaw4141 why do you think Muhammad didn't just make it all up? Haven't you read the quran? Does it sound plausible to you?
1
@kaimshaw4141 I know Muhammad made it up because I've read the quran. Millions of people have left islam after proving to themselves that it's made up. Does it really sound rational to you? Have you read surah al jinn? Does that sound rational? What about all the scientific mistakes? What about surah at tahrim?
1
@kaimshaw4141 thank you for responding. You made points about surah at tahrim, surah al jinn and the growth of the religion. I will create a separate comment on each of these three points.
1
@kaimshaw4141 first surah al jinn. It begins like this: "Say, "It has been revealed to me that a group of jinn listened ˹to the Quran,˺ and said ˹to their fellow jinn˺: ‘Indeed, we have heard a wondrous recitation. Consider what this means. God told Jabril to tell Muhammed to tell his followers that god told him to tell them that a group of jinn listened to what god had already told Jabril to tell Muhammad, and that the jinn then said to their fellow jinn that we have heard what god told Jabril to tell Muhammad to tell people, and ... you get the picture. And then god proceeds to recites these jinn for 15 verses! Why would a true god stoop to reciting some imaginary beings that nobody has ever seen for 15 verses to prove his own existence? It makes zero sense. And in verse 9, btw, the anti-scientific idea of meteors being missiles thrown by angels at jinn is repeated. It's just so astonishingly bad.

@kaimshaw4141 regarding the growth of religion: Almost nobody converts to your religion, and large numbers leaves it silently as we speak. Your religion grows through birth rates, and the reason it does that faster is due to dysfunction. You see, when women urbanize and get education and opportunities, birth rates plummet. And countries within your religious sphere has been slow to develop, and this birth rates comes down slower.

@kaimshaw4141 regarding surah al jinn. God proceeds to recites the words of jinn for 15 verses! Why would a true god stoop to reciting some imaginary beings that nobody has ever seen for 15 verses to prove his own existence? It makes zero sense. And in verse 9, btw, the anti-scientific idea of meteors being weapons thrown by angels at jinn is repeated. It's just so astonishingly bad.

@kaimshaw4141 regarding surah at tahrim, the background is that Muhammad was obsessed with his newly gifted s-x slave, Mary the Copt. He dishonored Hafsa by doing Mary on Hafsa's bed on her day to be with Muhammad. And then when Hafsa was furious, Muhammad promised to not have Mary again. But then Muhammad changed his mind and made up this surah to break his promise. The surah is a long threat against the wives of excommunication, replacement with better wives and hellfire to force the wives to accept it. And the very first verse is breaking the promise he made.

@SpeakUp4Peace I have done everything you said. You should look in the mirror.

@kaimshaw4141 brother, I'm still awaiting your responses. Have you pondered on my observations?
