  1. Facebook et al are putting datacenters e.g. in the north of Sweden close to our hydro resources (and usually cheap cooling). It gives quite few direct employment opportunities, suck up a lot of power and raises energy prices in Sweden. It kindof outcompetes outdoor spas, incentivizes improved isolation in homes, some other energy hungry industries and so forth. We do look at new nuclear but that will take 10+ years to do, unfortunately, because it's so heavily regulation, just as he says.
