  4. It's kindof taboo in the west, and where it's taboo, no law is needed. In tribal societies however where it's not taboo, it's not only bad due to genetics, but also because it maintains tribal and familial power at the expense of working non-corrupt secular governments. Actually, in the italian mafia, there are a lot of cousin marriages, so criminal families use this for loyalty. I think we might have to forbid it overall in Europe. In a few hundred years, we can abolish it again when it's taboo and it's only done for deep love in very rare cases.

  5. Can it be proven that this was indiscriminate? The info I have is that it was precise with a very low percentage of collateral damage. I'm not being facetious, I'm genuinely interested.
