  4.  @Theseus294  don't we pretty much have the same thing do with capital punishment? I live in Texas one of the states that still does that. You would think that that would be a deterrent but they have so many chances at appeals and so forth it it takes forever to go through

But once they try to segregate them the women are going to try the same thing. And they're not going to be satisfied with just transferring prison they're going to want new prison I can't afford that. I can't afford the taxes I have now.
