I'm simply trying to figure out why it's okay for Biden but not trump. If it's wrong it's wrong. They should be treated the same. But he's saying it's different if you're a president because you have more freedom to do that. Which doesn't really make sense to me either.

Wait I want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly. He's saying it was okay for Trump to have those documents but not biden? And we're charging Trump but not biden? That seems backwards to me am I understanding correctly

@jimmysedbrook2678 don't understand the last line of your comment. I think it must be an insult but I'm not sure. And it only makes sense that the president would be able to declassify. That's why I'm saying it's not right that Trump is being charged and Biden is not. Sorry if I was unclear about what I was thinking

@Sawandhammered I wasn't listening to google. It was on the news they said they were declassified. And I believe the point of this was why is Trump being charged and not biden. Biden did the same thing and he wasn't even president at the time. And he's not being charged. Doesn't seem quite right to me. If they did the same thing either they both get charged or neither gets charged. And if Biden is not competent to stand trial because of his memory he is not competent to be president because of his memory.

Yes they need to be tried on their own merits. But if they're doing the same things they both should go to trial. Or neither one or the other. You can't have a teacher justice system where you try one and not the other

@ruthnovena40 in Biden supporters won't admit that. They can't be all that bright if they can't see it. All they have to do is separate the two bills and the border one would pass I would be willing to bet

Okay then why are we not charging Biden but we are charging trump? Oh wait it's because he is incompetent to stand trial right? Then why is he still president

@lindaSmith6588 I was told he did declassify them. Obviously we don't know because we weren't there. But still if Biden didn't have those rights at all he shouldn't have had any papers at all. And he should be tried.
