  1. These were some of the nicest police I’ve seen. I don’t know where there based, but they should be a role model to all around the nation! They de-escalated, that’s were calm, extremely professional. These cops are literally BUILT DIFFERENT. I don’t know who trains them, but kudos to them, and major respect to these officers. If officers across the nation were all like this, we wouldn’t have as many problems as we do. Godbless these officers!

The law does not operate that way, they did not have probable cause to do what they did, they did not have probable cause too detain. There was not sufficient evidence. The family was under no obligation too say which car was there’s…….. see it from there point of view.

  13.  @ervinvelasquez3614  I am not disagreeing with you, I’ve been held at gunpoint 3 times in my life already by police and security guards. Simply because they were scared, while I agree complying is usually the best course of action, the cops are supposed too deescalate, not escalate the situation. And the family legally was under no obligation too give any information over, especially when they hadn’t been told what crime they were being suspected of committing. While I agree kissing gets you farther, at what point do you actually stand up for your god given rights? It’s all circumstantial. In some instances it’s better too not give information as they will charge and target you anyway or are looking for a reason too put you in cuffs, wether your honest or not. Either way, the family should have never been treated this way, even if the other option was the better one , the police aren’t doing what they are supposed too as law enforcement officers. They didn’t follow protocol either for investigation of a crime. One looks at the camera footage would have solved this entire debacle

But she can’t or shouldn’t get in trouble for giving her opinion, tho in some southern states cursing at a cop can get you charged with some state laws that don’t allow cursing in public. But under the 1st amendment, as long as it isn’t a threat or incites violence, she’s allowed to speak freely. and that’s not a bad thing.
