  1.  @knutlondon8243  I’m not saying it won’t get you into more trouble, because talking like that will definitely make things a hell of a lot worse. But she can’t or shouldn’t get in trouble for giving her opinion, tho in some southern states cursing at a cop can get you charged with some state laws that don’t allow cursing in public. But under the 1st amendment, as long as it isn’t a threat or incites violence, she’s allowed to speak freely. and that’s not a bad thing.

  2. Freedom of speech, i don’t like it, the cops probably don’t, but she can’t be reprimanded for that, (tho acting that way will only cause problems) and she’s allowed to insult freely.

  3.  @J4TiDotCom  I never once said i agree with her or what she said is a ‘good thing’ way to twist my words and comment. All i stated is under the first amendment she has the right to speak freely without repercussions as long as it’s not a threat or incites violence. Never said it was good the way she spoke either but it’s our god given right.

As much as it was messed up for her to be talking that way, i don’t agree with the cop going after the seatbelt as that is easily not accurate , they could have easily removed them as they got pulled over. The officer was very nice though , through the interaction and shouldn’t have been treated that way. Tho freedom of speech allows her to speak that way,but if you do don’t expect the cop to be nice back……….

As a Cop can curse at a civilian and do, a civilian should be able to speak freely under the first amendment as long as it’s not a threat against there life? or incites violence, i think that’s a good thing and what makes this country so great, we have rights, Just look at what happened to germany or any other country when rights got taken away and the government became socialist dictatorship. i don’t like what she said but the right to speak freely without repercussions is important
