This is absolutely horrific!!! The guy is mentally insane! this poor officer should have never had to encounter this! We need medical in patient institutions for really crazy people like this!! they are a danger to the public and police naturally because they are INSANE! Prayers for this officer!

Hats off to the Deputy’s for understanding the guys mentally insane, i have no idea how the guy isn’t institutionalized! he’s dangerous to other prisoners, jailers, cops, the public, everyone, the guy is all over the place. Needs a psych eval.

@Yotes_ I think you misunderstood my comment, the police are the ones to deal with those situations, my point was that it shouldn’t have to be a regular occurrence with a repeat offender over and over again, People who are this mentally gone should be in some sort of psychiatric care unit, and shouldn’t be roaming the streets, While cops will have to deal with this time to time, it shouldn’t have to be repeated times dozens or hundreds of times with a repeat offender, this just causes officer and public safety issues that are unneeded and can be fixed.
