The FBI knows EVERY SINGLE TIME one of these are about to take place, the shooters normally post all over social or internet with there manifesto. And via patriot act, the FBI sees all of it. The problem is they do absolutely NOTHING about it. Even though these people are commiting a crime by posting there threats online. This is ridiculous! Disgusting! Why do they wait till the tragedy takes place!
