National gallery needs these paintings taken from them, if they can’t stop basic Vandalism, why have some of the most priceless pieces of art on the planet?

@AndrewDeLong Ahhh yes because that thin layer will stop EVERYTHING…….. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ what happens if they decide to smash it next and dump stuff on it? if they can’t even have security to come to the aid of the painting they shouldn’t own them in the first place

@parishitegermain2936 I hate to say this but they are safer there…… better to have replicas on display in our current world, tho the rockefeller’s are in part majorly responsible for the global economic, physical and emotional state of the world.

@AndrewDeLong Well it may be a “Nothing burger” to you Climate activists, but this painting holds significant historical and practical value, it’s priceless. there is no one on this earth that can exactly recreate that peice, he’s one of the greatest artists mankind has ever seen, and there will be no going back in time to fix or retrieve a picture, it’s a 1 of 1. so if it’s not protected properly and can be desecrated, they shouldn’t own it. simple as that.

@AndrewDeLong But i am not complaining for the pure sake of it…… it was far to easy to desecrate that painting, you thinking that thin pane of glass/acrylic will stop serious vandalism is quite hilarious actually, if they decide to step up there game, this conversation would be a lot different, there is a reason they put fakes on display instead of the real works. There is no protective barrier currently in place here that is secure enough, i can think of a million ways to get around that protective barrier. Luckily these two teenagers aren’t that brite, if they were, they wouldn’t be so obsessed with climate change as they are. and be more focused on the people actively destroying our planet. (Mega corps, elite, globalists) And i apologize for calling you that, with the way you defended it , it made you seem as if you were one of them. How am i on a pedestal for pointing out an obvious security issue? no one even tried too stop them. i don’t see myself as higher than anyone else? i only point out my observational opinion.
