  1. You’ll never stop a bad guy from getting a gun. They will get one whichever way they need to , they can buy them off the street like this dude did. Problem is no one else legally carries in cali, so you become a fish in a barrel. only way to stop this is everyone owns a gun, then no one will try stuff like this, and if they do, they will be ended quickly by the good person with a gun.
