  2. This simply is “bad journalism” you can’t “Wifi Jam” cell signal…… they can disable the cameras yes, but not for calling the cops, unless they have a CELL JAMMER which is highly illegal and a completely different piece of tech.

  5.  @Dwigt_Rortugal  The law is nuanced. It’s only illegal to operate. And most “wifi-jammers” aren’t “jamming” any signal at all. Depends on the device/program being used, some just repetitively disconnect the device, and does not fall under the legal definition for “jammer”. With that being said. Unless the “Wifi jammer” is also tuned to target cell frequencies. It cannot disable Cell tower capture. And at that point it would no longer be a “wifi-jammer” but also a “cell jammer” which does fall under “Federal law”. This is still considered poor journalism, as the device the thieves are using is more akin to that of a “cell-jammer” based on there claims. Not your traditional “wifi-jammer” as this has “additional” capabilities

  6.  @Mi_Fa_Volare Knives are great, but they won’t work when the attackers are in a group, and armed. Your knife is practically useless in that’s scenario.
