The same operating system they use to hack and use daily was all made in the United states. While Russia is extremely good at hacking, you laughably underestimate the power of the US intelligence community and Hackers. Some of THE BEST HACKERS to have ever LIVED reside in the United States. The people who made the very software you use and there expert/ and hackers are all in the UNITED STATES. We just don’t have to flex like you guys do all the time, and China and NK. We don’t need too because we know we are the best……..
