@likeablecloud2454 Like I said, you making stuff up, he wasn’t on a boat, a large vessel creating a large wake. He was on a SeaDoo, a jet ski, do you know what those are? And as I stated before, the water splashing is never enforced, it’s used as a tool to go after someone who did no wrong. There’s a state with a law where it is illegal to walk backwards with a donut, and you can face jail time. It’s never enforced as it’s a silly/ stupid law. But that does not mean it can’t be used to go after someone, that’s 1 of many strange laws across the country that are NEVER enforced. The whole reason they went after him was a power trip. The old man called up his buddies, his cavalry to go after them because he was hot headed and angry. I stand by what I said. That is corruption and it needs to be dealt with on a federal level. Stuff like this ruins this country, and the freedoms we have.

@likeablecloud2454 first of all, you say your not trynna get into this, but then your write a paragraph getting into it…….This had nothing to do with a boat sinking, nor was there any charges brought against them for that, at this point you are literally making stuff up, and for what purpose? Just seems weird. Anyways, the reason the cops went after him is because there Buddy personally was power tripping and called it in, and that was because he splashed his Buddy with the jet ski, this situation didn’t even involve the off duty officer, he was just on a power trip and didn’t like to see someone having fun, and got his feelings hurt, he was looking for problems that weren’t there. It’s corruption at its finest. Splashing someone with water isn’t a crime, but if the police want to go after you for nothing, they very well can, will all the non enforced and strange laws/codes on the book, some of these laws were passed 100 years ago and aren’t enforced . Anyways, don’t want to get to far off the subject at hand. But they did nothing wrong, they were looking to make an example out of whistling because of his status, hence the reason they offered to drop all charges if he made a boater saftey video to release to his fans, essentially blackmailing him. Once again, corruption.
