  17.  @kristinebailey6554 Natural Nitrates and Artifical Chemical added nitrates are two entirely different things, Natural nitrates already found in vegetables and certain foods actually have health benefits. Processed and synthetic nitrates are the problem as they get converted too nitrosamines in the stomach , synthetic nitrates are commonly added to deli meats, processed meats etc, and probably added to pickled vegetables as a cheap substitute to speed the process along. This rabbit hole does deep.

Why don’t netizens just order it online? Why go too restaurant and pay extra too eat that? Crazy too me that fresh ingredient restaurants struggle! People need to put there money where there ”mouth is”.

It only becomes a problem when you have gangs of organized Chinese westerners going into stores to buy up ALL the Baby formula to send home, leaving none for local residents/ citizens and making a business out of it. While your correct in some regard, you are also wrong, “Bad”apples in the USA are usually ones that are imperfect or have some minor defects, so they cannot be sold in stores as they are physically unattractive. So they go to be used in Juices. Chinas “bad “ apples on the other hand can be moldy, rotten, have insects all inside(worms) have dangerous chemicals and pesticides and then they turn those rotten apples to juice. That’s where the problem is, not the fact that they use old apples, or imperfect ones.
