  2. A lot including this reporter dont understand is that medical cannabis won’t do this. I have used these for years and not been super “blitzed” the ones teens are getting off streets are the problem as they are cut with other powerful substances like synthetic cannabanoids, which are very dangerous. They are very different and easily mistaken for one another or misadvertised.
