  1. It’s a demonic entity, I figured out how to make it stop, but it took prayer and inviting Christ into my life, never had it since. I’ve stopped active sleep paralysis through prayer in my head as I’m frozen, works to get me out of it, after I prayed more and asked God to rebuke it , it stopped. Have had many other encounters before that but won’t go into detail.
