  8. You must know nothing about search warrants or the lawā€¦ā€¦ lmfao. Unless it was specifically in the search warrant, they cannot search it. Itā€™s all dependent on what is in the search warrant. For example, if officers have a search warrant for you phone , but prior to the warrant that phone is in someone elseā€™s bag, the police cannot take it. They will have to get a search warrant for that bag, to then get the phone. Search warrants are usually very specific in what they are after, as a judge has to clear all of this.
