You must know nothing about search warrants or the law…… lmfao. Unless it was specifically in the search warrant, they cannot search it. It’s all dependent on what is in the search warrant. For example, if officers have a search warrant for you phone , but prior to the warrant that phone is in someone else’s bag, the police cannot take it. They will have to get a search warrant for that bag, to then get the phone. Search warrants are usually very specific in what they are after, as a judge has to clear all of this.
