  1. Liar. He was being shot at before he even started driving off. And you can’t shoot someone for fleeing the scene. You cannot shoot people in the back. I don’t care who you are, what you are. That’s the law. And unfortunately these police can get away with literal murder that others would be sentenced to life for. Qualified immunity, and police unions. We need good officers, deescalators, not Psychopathic murderes.
