  2. Yeah so why did they just walk behind him while he tried to Seriously injure, kill someone, and cause damage easily over 2k $ ? Obviously guy high or crazy out of his mind isn’t gonna listen to a “lawful order” that’s when they are supposed to escalate and capture the criminal. Not let him walk around like a maniac out of a psych ward with free reign to do as he wants……….

  3. Not entirely accurate. This just changes the law on the use of force. Not outlawing it all together. As soon as he hit the officer in the face with the pipe, he should have been locked up or had force used on him immediately. That’s a deadly threat, clear as day. At that point they were allowed to escalate the use of force.

  4.  @Mike-qk9ys  Highly doubt it. Let the protesters run up to a deranged man with a metal pipe actively swinging it at officers and people, and see how fast those “protestors” disperse.
