  1. Actually it's almost impossible to ACCIDENTALLY shoot down a civilian airliner as they are equipped with IFF( Identification Friend or Foe) to avoid this! So whoever called for the shot most likely knew it WASN"t a military aircraft. Are we expected to believe that the Iranians thought this was a US military aircraft IN it's airspace at this low altitude and it somehow got there unnoticed?
