  10. I went to Paris in 1987, not ONE person on the streets anywhere I went or in the subway. It was amazing, what an incredibly beautiful city, walking down the Champs-Élysées to Arc de Triomphe knowing that in same area I walked there was a good chance that Wermarcht soldiers walked the same place and French resistance had fought back. Now it's a new invasion and the French aren't allowed to fight back, such a shame.
