  2. Doesn't matter what employees want lol.. it's the shareholders the board is responsible to. Yes I'm sure Musk thought about the poison pill being played, how could he not. Hopefully this wrecks Twitter one way or another if Musk doesn't buy, which may have been his long play to start with.

  3.  @Preetvnd  considering Twitter has protection and has said they are the "town square", you're "private company" bs is just that. They wouldn't have been sued into bankruptcy long ago for violating the First Amendment without the protection they have.
