I just saw a YouTube video of the Abrams X. Looks great but incredibly high Tech. I can only imagine the maintenance in actual battle when the sophisticated electronics are damaged and leaving them useless.

 @DilbertMuc no, the Panzer V is Panther, it was never called Panther V. The VI Tiger 1, VII Tiger 2/Royal Tiger.

@MartinMcAvoy for sure, but shitler was obsessed with bigger is better. There's no way they could have got an L82 into the turret of the Panzer IV not that the chassis could have handled the recoil and weight. I'm guessing that's one reason for the Panther and Tigers as of course the 88 was the superior gun in WW2.

The west can train the ukros on these machines but they will still have no combat experience with them. So when it comes to actual battle they won't have the inherent actions/reactions to perform. My understanding is the LEO 2's won't even be sent for a year, same with the Patriots. Germany has said it won't be happy if Finland or Poland tried to send LEO's without German approval. I've also read that all Finnish LEO's are assigned and they would have to taken from specific units. This isn't going to happen. In Canada we couldn't sell our LEO 1's in early 2000's lol. In the end all of this will make zero difference for Ukraine.

 @Smiff1066 yes, and I highly doubt NATO is going to openly put boots on the ground.
