The US thinks airpower is the answer because of Iraq and Afghanistan, neither of which had little to no air force or defensive capability to stop US fighters.

@dylanc9174 you assume the Ukrainian civilians in areas liberated by Russian Forces are going to attack their liberators. You should watch some videos of civilians hugging and thanking Russian soldiers. This isn't Ireland.

@rolandthethompsongunner64 yes they already are and now Pakistan is asking for oil. Consider the price per barrel now, that makes up for any loss of volume, which has been minimal to start with. Russian is raking in billions.

@DavyRo all that training amount to squat as they Ukrainians are getting crushed and no they don't have training on the M777's, HIMARS or other weapons being sent.
