  5. Ideally, it's hard to say who is down there. There may well be family of the soldiers that want to be there, that's understandable..keep in mind just because they are civilians it doesn't mean they are necessarily good people. Look at WW2 Germany for example. Civilians can be brought up to believe lies. Other civilians may not know better or have no choice. Until those there come out all we can do is speculate.
