  3. ​ @trevortrevortsr2  not a chance. Ukraine has a chance to negotiate. Russia will decide the new borders, some of which has already moved after the inclusion of 4 new oblasts. That's already a new border. Everything east of Dniper will be part of Russia, minimum. Ukraine will have no say when they surrender.
