  2. Search and Rescue? That's a fantasy for this. How with "divers"? At the least it's an ROV or another deep submersible and that's going to days to get started. Pretty much zero chance of a "rescue". If the sub suffered a hull failure there won't be much left to find, the pressure at this depth is mind boggling. If not and it's intact it's suffocation. I'd choose implosion, over in an instant.
