I expect Odessa as well as the whole coastal region will become new Russian territory. zelensky and co will be purged and new elections will take place in Kiev if it's still Capitol. Russian tanks may well be in Kiev but they won't be firing. When Ukraine surrenders there's not going to be any "negotiations" about what happens after that in spite of what the west thinks. Ukraine is never getting into the EU or NATO.
