  4. The mighty US army can't get tanks to "the front" for months and maybe years we are told. Or it's new tanks and US production is so pathetic it's going to take that long. Let's be real the US could start sending Abrams tomorrow if they really wanted to. This is all optics as the Americans know Ukraine will have surrendered before any Abrams will leave for Ukraine, then they can claim they "tried". What a joke and not a good look for the US either way.

  6. Your knowledge of the Abrams is obvious, however who is going to do this maintenance? There's no way the ukros can do it nor will there be any repairs "in the field" sorry that's delusional if you think that's ever going to happen. There won't be any logistics to keep the Abrams or any of the western tanks that MAY show up. In addition Russia controls the air and how are the ukros going to transport any of the land whales to Bahkmut for example? They won't have the low beds required nor are there many or possibly any bridges that can handle the weight. This is all a pipedream.

  9. Yup, gotta agree with you. The LEO 2 is a far better fight not only in Ukraine but for anyone looking to purchase verus the Abrams. Logistics alone would be the factor for getting LEO 2. Ironically here in Canada we have LEO 2's and now apparently have committed to F 35 junk lol.

  12. The ERA, Explosive Reactive Armor. It's attached to the hull, turret. It's to designed to explode and in doing so cause the incoming projectile to detonate before it hits the tank. In essence sacrificing itself. After this happens it needs to be replaced in whatever area it was used.

  14. Few if any of these tanks will make it to Ukraine. The Abrams never will and the US knows it, all for sure. The biggest news is idiot German Foreign Minister Baerbock saying, "...we are at war with Russia...", ASSUMING she meant Germany with "we". Either way that means Russia is free to respond in kind or anyway they like. Just brainless.
