120 HIMARS wouldn't matter as Ukraine doesn't have the people to train and crew on them. The west likes to ignore the fact that all the weapons in the world won't matter if there's no one to operate them. Each battery of 9 requires 27 TRAINED crew, in addition to the 12 vehicles to supply them, plus 2 fuel trucks. Even adding one person per other vehicles (unlikely) that's 41+ trained crew.
