  5. I have no doubt that the ukros killed 11 POWs. I've seen the video of one bragging about killing Russian POWs early on. The video of a Russian POW confronting his ukro attacker that stabbed him multiple times in the head and he somehow managed to survive. It's nigh on impossible to have a independent investigation unfortunately. As leftie biased as Amnesty International is they at least called out Ukraine for putting weapons in civilian areas, a straight war crime. Emil Cosman posted a video saying the ukros are now evacuating Kerson. I don't know if this is accurate but it looks to be.
