  2. How does the Value of a Country Dacha with an Apple tree and Potato Patch change in value ⁉️ I understand that Fruit & Vegetables agricultural output from these Dacha was a highly valuable as compared to "State Farm" Wheat,Sugar Beet & Fodder crops
